Construction observation ensures that the materials and methods of construction are in conformance with project requirements. We offer a team of experienced resident project representatives (RPR) who are detail-oriented industry experts. Our RPRs can perform full-time or part-time resident services for various types of construction projects including site development, water treatment plants, and roadway projects.

Our RPRs are experienced with all of the responsibilities associated with construction including acting as the lead observer and primary liaison with the client and the contractor’s superintendent. RPR services include pre-construction activities; site visits for observation; attendance at monthly progress meetings; review and rejection of defective work, acting as a liaison with the client and the contractor’s superintendent, city, designer, regulatory agencies, public and affected business and property owners. We detect non-conformances early on and directly communicate with the engineer of record to efficiently resolve non-conformance items while maintaining project schedule. Our RPRs are intricately involved in a substantial completion inspection and a final completion inspection, final application review for payment, and final record drawing submittal.
