Rochester on Blue Parkway
Following the Brush Creek Flood of 1977, the City of Kansas City, Missouri made extensive improvements to Blue Parkway, including raising the roadway for a significant portion of its length along Brush Creek. The roadway improvements triggered extensive development along the corridor, including the H&R Block Service Center, the First Guard Health Building, and the Blue Parkway Shopping Center.
The Rochester on Blue Parkway will be a new four-story building that features 72 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom market rate apartments. The project is located on a portion of the Swope Community Builders Campus with surrounding amenities and will be the area’s latest development.
