Loews Kansas City Convention Hotel

The Loews Kansas City Convention Hotel is an 800-room hotel located in Downtown Kansas City, MO and is directly connected to the Kansas City Convention Center with a connector bridge. The hotel includes a 470-space parking garage and features numerous bars and restaurants, an indoor lap pool and 60,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces. The hotel is within walking distance of many of the City’s cultural and entertainment attractions such as the Crossroads District, Power & Light District, T-Mobile Center, and Kauffman Center for Performing Arts.

What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne provided civil engineering services including mass excavation, hydrologic analysis, site layout & grading, storm drainage design including two detention basins for stormwater management, public storm sewer design, utility service connections, and streetscape design. T&B also provided construction staking services.
