Blue Parkway Shopping Center

The Blue Parkway Shopping Center is a 160,000-square-foot, multi-use development that included a 55,000-square-foot grocery store, associated parking, several retail stores, and office buildings.

The project site is in the middle of a 30-acre urban development site and required mass grading and relocation of major infrastructures, such as sewers as well as major power and telephone lines.

What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne provided all civil engineering services including master planning and preparation of construction documents for all streets, roundabouts, service roadways, parking lots, utilities, and retaining walls.
