Arc on Armour (211 W. Armour)

Located in mid-town Kansas City, Arc on Armour is the renovation the former American Red Cross building into multi-family residential building. The 56,000 SF building features 60 studio, one- and two-bedroom units, a work café and fitness center.

What We Did

As the civil sub-consultant to Helix Architecture, T&B provided civil engineering services including site layout and design, grading, parking lot improvements, water service lines, sanitary sewer services lines, exterior storm sewers and streetscape within public right-of-way, utility coordination, and rezoning.
