520 E. Armour

Located in mid-town Kansas City, 520 E. Armour is a seven-story, 110-unit residential development on a single parcel bounded by Armour Boulevard on the south, Cherry Street on the east, and existing development to the north and west. Targeted towards young professionals, the 80,000 square foot building also features a fitness room, resident workspace, and community space.

What We Did

As the civil design consultant for the project, T&B provided civil engineering services including site layout and design, grading, parking lot improvements, water service lines, sanitary sewer services lines, exterior storm sewers and streetscape within public right-of-way, utility coordination, and rezoning.
