1914 Main Apartments

Located in the vibrant Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City, MO, 1914 Main Apartments is one of the first major development efforts in the area that faces the new streetcar line. Uniquely located, the project encourages utilizing public transportation such as the streetcar, bus, bikes, or scooters considering the building involved converting the existing parking area into a mixed-use commercial, retail, and residential building. 

What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne was responsible for site demolition, site grading, site layout, water service lines, storm water detention, sanitary sewer service lines and streetscape within public right of-way.
