Westley on Broadway

Westley on Broadway offers a sophisticated living experience while maintaining the historic notoriety of the Westport district. The mixed-use apartment building features 256 units of luxury studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with modern finishes that contain nine-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit stackable washers and dryers, and over-sized windows overlooking the vibrant district.

Westley on Broadway also features top-tier amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop, club room, and a lower-level terrace that features a pool, fire pits, and areas for lounging and grilling. Amenities also include conference rooms and co-working spaces, a dog wash, secure bike storage, and underground parking. The building includes five stories of apartments and 10,151 square feet of ground-level retail.

What We Did

Taliaferro provided civil engineering and land surveying services including initial site planning, the relocation of existing public sewers, the design of new utility services, site grading and erosion control, pavement layout and design, stormwater detention design and landscape architecture design including new streetscape on Westport Road and Broadway. Survey services included pre- and post-construction ALTA surveys, platting, and construction staking.
