Three Light Tower

Strategically positioned at the vibrant intersection of the Crossroads Arts District and the Power & Light Entertainment District, Three Light Tower is a 26-story, 288-unit mixed-use high-rise that features a combination of luxury studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartment plus a seven-story parking garage with 472 parking spaces and 7,600 square feet of first floor retail space. Three Light will feature luxurious amenities including a deck overlooking 14th Street, an infinity pool, indoor-outdoor bar, demonstration kitchen and theater room.

Connected to its predecessor Two Light, Three Light Tower unifies the downtown experience of both buildings through a new sky link pedestrian bridge adding a sense of harmony amongst both buildings. This feature allows residents of both buildings to enjoy the luxurious pleasantries that both buildings offer. Developed by the Cordish Companies, Three Light Tower is the third and tallest high-rise addition to the downtown area.
