Rosehill Townhomes

Located in the Paseo Gateway neighborhood at 1101 Admiral Boulevard, Rose Hill Townhomes features 33 multi-family residential units that cater to homeless families. The project is part of the CHOICE Neighborhood Grant and provides quality affordable homes with access to local supportive services through Lead Referral Agency, ReStart, Inc.

What We Did

T&B provided civil engineering design services including grading, site layout, parking lot, underground detention system, drainage study, retaining walls, water service lines, sanitary sewer service lines, storm sewer system design and streetscape design. We also prepared MPD for rezoning plans, final plat preparation, vacating the public alley east of the property, construction staking and ALTA survey services.
