Milhaus at The Glade

Milhaus at the Glade is a market rate, garden style multi-family development located on a 17- acre site in South Kansas City, MO. Phase I of this development includes 263 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, a clubhouse, swimming pool, dog park, walking paths, and bike trails.

What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne provided survey and civil engineering services including site layout & design, grading, utility coordination, private and public sanitary and storm sewer design, and roadway design within public right-of-way. Additional civil design services included watermain relocation and extension plans for the project. Rezoning and re-platting services were also provided for the development.
