Marcato Apartments

Located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood at 27th & Troost, Marcato Apartments is a whole-block redevelopment that includes 10,000 square feet of new commercial space at the street level and 120 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a resident lounge, dog park, courtyard, and community bike-share locations. Marcato Apartments sits along Troost MAX which is a major bus rapid transit route and supports pedestrian activity as well as public transportation. What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne provided civil engineering services including site design & layout, grading, utility design & coordination, parking lot design, and streetscape design within public right-of-way. Marcato also features aesthetically pleasing outdoor gathering spaces as well as sustainable green infrastructure elements such as rain gardens and bioswales. Survey services were also provided.
