LaQuinta Inn & Suites Hotel

Located in the growing and on going redevelopment of the Beacon Hill neighborhood, the LaQuinta Inn & Suites is a four-story, 56,877 square foot building that features 93 rooms and 2,000 square feet of retail space. This project is indeed a beacon of hope considering it is the area’s first commercial development in over 50 years, serving overnight visitors for the hospitals and being within walking distance of the historic 18th & Vine Jazz District.

What We Did

Taliaferro & Browne provided civil engineering services including site grading, site layout, parking lot design, retaining walls, water service lines, sanitary sewer service lines, utility coordination, and the exterior storm sewer design.
